Priest Shadowform Macro

Regarding this macro:

/castsequence [stance:1] Shadowform, Flash Heal, Shadowform

Since 2.3 it is no longer necessary to include an extra castsequence line to shift out of shadowform, as it is off the global cooldown. The macro could be simplified to:

/castsequence Flash Heal, Shadowform

or, because some people report that this works better with latency issues:

/cancelform
/castsequence Flash Heal, Shadowform
