Escape artist and Stone form are both quite viable for pvp.

Lichborne gives you a fear/charm/sleep/sheep break/immunity for 30 seconds. This combined with pvp trinket and you already have two cc breaks, so undead is not really necessary (its like an undead warrior, lolfear?).

Tauren for the stun and hax range on melee imo :)
Blood elf is pretty nice as well for the extra silence.

DK's can dish out diseases but can't cure them, Dwarf for the best dk vs dk action. Gnome for the most utility, DK don't have any snare breaks.

As Lichborne and Medaillon break more than just fear, I'd suppose Undead is fine as well.
You can't compare it to a Warrior currently as you most of the time don't need Berserker Rage or Death Wish to break other CCs than fear unlike Lichborne. Also it's 2 anti-fear abilities as a Warrior vs. 1 as a DK.
