[2v2] 25 minute match- my longest yet

I heard of a 10 hour game.Yes was a 10 hour game with a Druid off Shadowmoon. Resto Druid vs Resto Shaman. The Druid said that by the end of the game his gear had all broke. Thats insane.

I had a 25 min match once was me (lock) and pally vs lock shammy. The other lock and I killed each other and my pally and his shammy went at it forever. They each tried every trick in the book but eventually i think the shaman won... but we fought them 3 more time after that and got or revenge :twisted:

also have had some very long lock pally vs lock pally fights. Those are never fun drain fearing each others pally's while dotting each other

Longest was a skirmish pre-BC with a paladin. Took an hour and I didn't even kill the guy, he left. Can't imagine going for 10 hours though... forget sleep, what about bathroom breaks?!

lol i go to the bathroom before every match. i have alot of 15 minute + games. its really hard.

I've heard of hours and hours worth of 1v1 in a 2v2 bracket. This link is my personal longest, which was a 2v2 the entire time. This was my partner and I's first week doing 2's, I always hated doing 2's, and after this match, that was the last of em, LOL.

The rogue could not kill us, and the druid just did donuts around pillars. We of course couldn't kill the rogue cause the druid heals are always > caster DPS. Blah blah, the only reason we lost is because we were laughing so hard in vent. We basically would sheep the rogue after he cought up with one of us, then run away. He'd blow CD's, we'd run away. It was pretty awesome. I think I drank 5 stacks of water, the druid was chuggin' star's tears like mad as well, I was hoping he'd run out eventually =(.

Longest 2v2 with both people for me was about 30 minutes - Resto Druid + me vs.... Resto Druid + Frost Mage lol
We won, but it was really hard, as i had pretty horrible gear at the time...

Longest 1v1 was me vs resto druid - I was able to get away in ruins of lordaeron and get full hp/mp - druid did the same
Lasted 14 minutes lol...

Druid was at 1000 health and like 300 mana though

had a 5 hour arena fight once, it ended at 6am. me(resto druid) and warrior versus paladin+hunter. they just kept running, freezing trapping my teammate(i tried to eat alot of them but mehh, then there was no cc on the paladin and hunter coudl easy kite my warrior mate iwth bof :<). we killed his pet 3-4 times, and in the end he didn't summon it, since you can't feed pet in arena xD after a while i equipped my rocket launcher, combined with a few lucky timed macestuns, the paladins bubble, trinket and bop on cd, we where able to take em down.

a week after i find a topic in the pvp forums where the paladin whine about ppl that just delays the game to bore the other team out...jesus christ, i just could't believe how stupid one could be(luckily i heard his teammate got banned cause he started to flame another team that waited them out as well, serves em right.).

If this 5v5 lasted this long, I can't imagine how it would last as 2v2, esp since we killed off the entire team at around the same time; it wasn't a healer vs healer fight >_<

Longest game I have had with everyone alive, was 40 minutes.
This was against a Warlock + Paladin :]

I play Hunter+Druid setup in 2v2. I think my game was some kind of record, as both players in both teams were up for THE ENTIRE TIME. We all know Resto vs Resto will take hours, but a game where no one dies and both teams defend themselves well enough for such long periods?

The game was Druid+Hunter vs Druid+Warrior on blades edge arena :p
It lasted for 2h30min, breaking druids gear. We both had to drink over 100 arena waters each, and I went through over 1k arrows (i actualy had 50 left at end of the match, me lacking arrows was the reason we gave up.

We had a 5v5 where everyone was alive that lasted 20 minutes. We were playing a quad healer team (everyone should try it, those are fun) with one of each healer and a warrior. They were playing warr/warr/pally/pally/priest. They were completely horrible (never dispelled my roots) but abused the drink bug to the fullest. We eventually wore them down. No idea how. Probably because they were horrible.

We played an 18-minute this evening. Was us Holy/Disc Priest + Combat/Maces Rogue (me) vs. Resto Druid + SL/SL Lock. They couldn't come close to killing us (Warlock was using a VW), but their Druid kept running away and Shadowmelding to drink. We had to keep killing the VW so our Priest could drink.

It finally ended when I got the Warlock under 50%, my Priest feared the Druid, and I Blinded him right at the end of the fear (his trinket was on CD). Warlock was at 5% when Druid came out. I got Cycloned, but they were too far behind on healing and I caught up to the Lock and burned him down. Oh yeah, we got 9 points.

Virtually every one of my games is a long one. My team is Paladin (that's me) + SL/SL lock. And most teams we fight these days have a druid in them, so every game is pretty much guaranteed to be at least 15 minutes.

this is why i love not having a healer, i havent EVER had a game last even 3 mins. Its either we blow them out quick or we get pwned quick if theres a good healer on their team.

My pally and I have had tons of 20-30 minute games, but our worst was against a rogue/pally from Utopia in full BT SR gear.

1st game was 45 minutes, we lost.

2nd game was 1 hour, we won.

3rd game was 11 minutes, we won. (charging and getting him in combat before he can switch ftw)
