Inactive Team's Removed?

Looking at the Armory my 2s team is ranked at 109th position, however on logging in today it shows my team as being 96th. Is this the case on every server or could it be a problem with the Reckoning calculation's?

Interesting, someone in another thread also mentioned that the lowest teams now showed 19k instead of what they used to be. If this is the case we can just updated the calculator with the inactive teams and find the new lowest rank and have the cutoffs.

I really hope this is true, keep your eyes peeled for a blue post.

err- The arena point reset was today so it's likely that the armory hasn't updated your ranking to match your actual ranking for this week.

Wow, I just checked in game on a friends team that I know is inactive and it has the rank of "0". Hopefully once the armory updates with this new data, we are gold.

says im 55th (technically 56th since theres multiple teams at the same rank), but im 54th in game. according to the calculator there are 2 inactive teams ahead of 54, which would make sense.

Just checked the lowest team in my battlegroup, It was indeed ranked 0.

on armory were ranked 30th yet ingame were ranked 26th......

Yeah, its not just your server or battlegroup, mine says Im 52nd on armory (53rd with tied rating) but 48th in game.

Nice hopefully we can figure out the lowest non inactive team in each battlegroup. Going to see what my 2's ranking is compared to armory when I get home.



K rank on armory is 51 but on the pvp tab its 45.

Basically I just tracked down the teams listed in the calc as lowest on my battle group for 3v3 and 5v5, I made an alt on their server and asked what their rank was. Multiplied it by .005 and bingo, got the glad cutoff. If inactive teams are removed from the ranks in game it should be very accurate.

So for EU-Blutdurst I found a low ranked 3on3 team (not the lowest but only 400 ranks better than the one listed in the arenajunkie list) and there is a huge difference in their ranking.

15270 instead of 23724

So our realmpool has at least 76 gladiator teams in 3on3 (instead of 66 listed on this page) and 35,6% inactive teams.

As soon as the armory has up to date information we can update the calculator with a very precise cutoff.

But people originally saw this on Tuesday, when they are up to date. I also verified on a friends inactive team that it now has Rank 0. It is very promising if the armory would hurry up and update.

Hey Ty I highly doubt they will take the teams off the armory, the armory is information based as to when you look at the ladder they dont care if the teams are inactive or not they just want you to be able to see what teams are where, dont expect them to take them off the armory because I very much doubt they will, Someone above posted about making an alt and asking the lowest team what their in game rank is ~ I think thats the best course of action if you want to update your calculator.

I would argue otherwise. The armory is just a listing of data based on what they have in their database. If they have teams with rank 0 in the database, those teams won't show up when you sort by rank. I'll give it another day (because it always lags behind) and if there is still no change we can start a thread trying to find all lowest ranked teams from in game info, but I doubt it would be possible to do fast enough. Plus, people can lie, the armory cannot (at least not intentionally).

My in game rank is 98 and rank required in calc is 118.

I just talked to a 1200 3v3 person on the bloodlust group and his ranking was 11272. I doubt there would be many people lower than him, and so the calculation comes out to 56 people for glad.

I too, talked to a lowrated 3v3 team, at 1263 rating in Blackout BG, EU, too be precise. They were ranked 11402.

Assuming the calculator is correct, there should be 19520 total, and 10736 active teams. This might indicate that inactive teams were excluded from the ranking system.

I'm surprised not more people have been talking about this, has there not been any blue posts or anything of the kind?

My 5's partner spend all of last night trying to talk to a guildie of the lowest ranked team on stormstrike 5v5 who dosent speak any english and is currently resfusing to tell anyone their ranking no matter what. ugh.
