Any DAoC vet's in WAR beta?

I got into the beta recently and while I haven't been able to play very much, I do get a camelot feel from the game.

I'm wondering if any previous DAoC players have gotten to a reasonable level, and how you'd compare it to DAoC RvR.

Haven't gotten a beta invite. Friends (my 8v8 team) did, they say it sucks so far. Think most of them are back to WOW now.
