First, gratz to this forum.
My friend pally has also a Spriest which is pretty undergeared right now. He was thinking of specing Discipline/Holy for dps in arena. He says his priest is getting targeted alot first and with the low HP/resilience he can't really take a beating. So he was wondering what would offer discipline/holy built as an offensive/defensive spec.
If he gets targeted he can at least heal himself with PoM, Renew, Binding heal etc etc and if he gets a chance he can trow so smite that would actually hurt with +dmg.
Basically he says he lose : Silence (ouch) and alot of damage.
He gain : Lots of survability, chance to heal, offensive shield, more stats. etc etc
Did any priest actually tried to stack +dmg gear with there disc priest and have good result ?
