[3v3] Paly in 3v3 - And thoughts on shadow resist gear

I play a paly in a paly/warrior/sl-lock combo. What seems to be a reoccuring situation is when the other team has a lock, and we are on the priest, or the other class. Their lock comes out fearing me, and I use my trinket.... then i will get death coiled away and or feared again, with a felhunter on me. And so now my team needs the heals and so I bubble out of the fear, bc even if my team lasts through the 2nd fear the felhunter with spell lock me.

So then what happens is the fight goes on until the deminishing returns on fear wears off... and the lock hits me with another full round of fears that I can't get out of, and its an automatic win for them.

Ideally for me we go for the lock first, but when its a SL lock with 500 resil he is pretty tanky. So should i look into getting a set of shadow resist? Or what is the strategy here?

I play the same combo and these kind of setups are hard. Once you get feared ask your warlock to devour the fear. If it fails trinket\buble or just wait it out. Nerfed to 10 sec next patch i hear. Try not to sped buble and trink on one set of diminishing returns. Usualy the first fear is devoured allright becasuse i have more time to clense myself.. then i buble\wait out second depending on situation. Allso dont forget to say in vent that your teamates sould use their helthstone if they are going to get killed b4 cc ends. And dont get shadow rez gear. You wont be able to swap gear in the next patch after the arena starts.
