hey everyone, what addons should i be using? and any advice for good key bindings for arenas? mine are kind of shitty but i've peaked around 2230 in 2's... Probably could do better with more PVP viable bindings. Thanks!

Ok let me change the premise of this post. Can I see some screenshots and lists of addons? Thanks!

Start of the next season is the perfect time to totally overhaul your UI and bindings. I am planning to do so myself, and learning to play with heavy use of mouseover macros. Targeting stuff before casting on it is too slow. Also I need to get NECB working but I dread trying to set it up and getting it to ignore the hundreds of spells I don't care about.

I haven't used NECB in a while so I'm not sure how user-friendly the filtering is but it might be worth trying out Antagonist. Similar functionality and appearance, and it shouldn't take more than a few minutes to filter out all of the spells/cooldowns/casts you don't want. It's also Ace based, which is always a plus.

On that note- op, you might want to try WoWAceUpdater: http://www.wowace.com/wiki/WowAceUpdater

It's basically a 3rd party app for downloading new mods or updating your currently installed mods. Best way (I've found) to get an interface that suits you is start with the essentials (unitframes, barmod, minimapmod) and then search through the addon list through WAU for all of the pvp-specific frills. You can search mods by name, category, or author description.

I personally use Bartender3 for Action Bars, Pitbull for UnitFrames, simpleMinimap, and Prat (chat box mod) as the base of my UIs, and then add in Proximo for arenas and you'll have a pretty solid starter ui that has a great amount of customizable appearances & layouts.

Off the top of my head: Proximo, xperl unit frames, chronometer, ElkBuffBars, Bartender3, Grid, clique, ECB
