I can't handle them anymore. Feels like I'm standing in a warriors melee range 100% of the time. Was just messing around with my roommate in 2's and getting annihilated by bad BM hunters. Also my CS gets resisted like 10% of the time now. Anyone have that problem too?

mmm tbh no O-o
i don't feel any difference vs hunters, but maybe it's just my 2vs2 setup that doesn't have the problem coz we dot up the hunter and abuse of los. Still nothing changed for frostmage/sl/sl warlock team.
About the CS, if you speak of the silence effect it's normal, i got the a lots of resist same as you, but nothing of strange with the interrupt effect

Fighting BM hunters in bg's feel like fighting affliction locks now - I know I'll still win, but I'll come out of it almost oom, no buffs, and at 10% health, and will have to waste the next 4 mins buffing and medding to full.

yea arcane shot really owns a lot of classes now. but maybe hunters deserve being OP'd for a while since they've been underpowered for so long. makes me wanna lvl a hunter now

This is an amazing way to put it. Today I realized how many classes rape my buffs and just how often I have to rebuff after any fight. Shaman, locks, hunters, priests means qqing for me.
A good hunter though, is almost the new warlock for me... just run.
