Let's just use the example of a 2v2 game....
Say it's warrior on warrior, and each has a priest healing.

If one priest is spamming flash heals and the other one is spamming gheals, which one is doing the better job?

Does the MS make gheal useless, making it useful to flash heal instead?
Is flash heal using too much mana?

Lets asume your gear is somewhat like 1400 + healing;

470 mana - 2k heals
701 mana - 4,2k heals

With MS that is half;

Which makes it 2,1k heals for 701 mana, and 1k healing for 470 mana. Which means that Gheal would be more effective in the long run. With Gheals you can possible wait longer with healing and get some mana regen ticks inbetween, tho this might not be very likely.

in reality...flash heals would probably get your more mana w/ about the same amount of heals in the long run..remember 2heals would cost roughly 920 to 870mana(un-talanted if there is one not a priest) w/e im not a priest but what are the cast times like 1.5secs and 3secs?? meaning the same heals for about 180mana more but cast is a little faster at the end a flash heal should give you the most mana looking at the cast times

20 flash heals taking 30secs?? casts roughly 9400mana for about 25k healing w/ crits(spamming of course)
to do roughly the same healing would take::

10 greater heals taking 30secs again costing 8700mana but w/ 3sec cast leaving yourself open for a counter spell or a feral charge or w/e

so basically its the same depends on how much hp your warrior needs its all in judgement if you need to move for somethign flash's would work best in greaters you may get LoS

Gheals is more HPS, and more mana efficient. In a warr vs. warr I don't think there is much CS etc on him :)

Gheal is when properly speced for (i do that when healing on my priest, i'm sure some people won't) a good 17% more hps than flash heal and costs nearly 20% less mana making it much more effective for long duration healing. The real question to me however is why is your warrior on the other warrior rather than the enemy priest?

Gheal.
You know we're not very mana efficient class as fagadins are, so we need to learn to save our mana. Whenever I need to shift out and heal, I almost never use flash heal unless I don't got time for anything else. Its a mana drain, greater heal and ProM is the way to go.

With GHeal, it's possible to cast/drink.
