View Full Version : Is it me or does hemo suck against plate?

I have tried a few flavors of hemo on the test server and I agree the damage against cloth and leather are pretty good. I haven't fought a lot of mail, but plate seems to be much worse. I've tried 5 expose armor, etc. to help with dmg, keeping s/d up, but overall the damage doesn't seem as good. Is everyone seeing this or am I doing something wrong? bad spec?

A couple of the builds I've tried....

Shouldnt make any difference then other specs, plate is allways plate, use rupture over expose vs plate imo, unless you're hitting healed warrior and fight is probably gonna last for while, then expose is better. Dmg buff is more obvious on cloth/plate because of armor penetration, penetrating 800-1k armor vs pally with 15k armor doesnt make such impact as penetrating 1/3 armor of low armored targets.

With the 30% dmg buff to rupture from sr and the additional damage from hemo debuff (applys after armor reduction iirc?) you should be having an easier time killing plate targets tbh.
