Shield Reflection Macro

So, basically I've searched every possibly source and have yet to find a descent shield reflection macro. I've also tried binding certain keys to a macro that put a shield and sword on and switched me to defensive stance and then I would shield reflect but it isn't very fast and efficient.

Does anyone have any suggestions on this topic?

Krash's macro will put you in defensive even if you're in battle (where you can already cast spell reflection)

I use a macro similar to Krash's because usually, well in 3s and 5s, when I need to spell reflect I'm being focused and also need to be in defensive. It just works out better IMO.
