From feral to Resto

What items would you suggest I replace first?
Obvious upgrades once I farm the honor and arena points, I know.

First 2 items I am replacing with honor/arena are:
Reprieve
Veteran's ring


Should I get the honor cape at all, or just go for a pve cape?

Finally, Talisman of the breaker? or Veteran's pendant.


Click name for my armory in the gear I have currently put together for pvp healing.
Keep in mind please that my 4 pc dragonhide is still on for the speed bonus and because my pve healing gear for those slots has no resilience and only marginally higher healing.

Do you think I could do any reasonable PVP healing in this gear for 2v2 or 3v3? or would I have to wait till I get more replacement items.

Edit: Also please not that I am currently still specced feral, I am just sorting my gear. I know my neck, back, and second ring currently blow hard for pvp. They are just healing items I picked up as scrap in instances as I am normally a tank.

Start with the biggest upgrades for you, pretty simple.
Start saving points and buying S2 gear, and if you have enough honor points it's not the end of the world to buy the blue pvp gear. OR wait for S3 and buy the S1 gear with honor points.
