From my experiences with playing an enhancement shaman in PvP so far, I'd say the single biggest problem by far is how easily they can be snared. A frost nova, any slows, and you can get chain kited for an entire game during which your DPS is reduced to almost nothing.

While on occasions there are semi-hopeful posts on the Blizzard forums (like this one (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=2366664818&sid=1&pageNo=3) just today), do you think there is any chance they might actually address this?

If the only buff enhancement has gotten for PvP is the 30% damage reduction, even if they fix it to make it undispellable, then I don't see how it can be anything else than a "you will take 30% longer to die" issue rather than something that makes it a really viable choice for top teams.

Yes, I know there are a few (veeeery few) really good players that have managed to break 2100, but do you think there is really any hope overall that enhancement will be anything than a poor substitute for a class that can do more or less the same things only better?

Do you think they will ever fix the kiting issue?

They just need to give quit being assholes and give us an intercept or a stun.

really its one

resto for 2v2/3v3 elemental for 5's

resto is ok for 5's but you are better off with a healer that can CC or mana burn "hint hint"

we managed to get 2100 in 3s and 5s with an enhancement shammy, which i think isnt too shabby (our shammy refused constantly to respec :( )

even if they were given a godly intercept or something, id still be doubtful if it would be up to par with the other 2 trees

the biggest issue (in my eyes anyway) is that you lose in essence .5 of a healer and mana to purge, where a clutch heal or 2 when the healers are counterspelled/CC would have saved someone

if an enhancement shammy has to heal...well they go from 50%-0% mana very very quickly >.<

1 in a million doesn't mean it's good. That guy is in BT gear, which if you know much about shammy's, especially enhance, you are as gear dependent as a warrior. A regular PvP geared enhance shammy, wouldn't be able to do as well as a raid geared shammy, imo.
