Me and my 2v2 partner (rogue) can't figure out what to do against BoS, what would you recommend as we use blind and sap as one of our main means of CC after the paladin bubbles.

Killing the paladin first is good advice. With the new AR/prep spec this shouldn't be too hard. Use your first evasion and sprint to tank the warrior then escape when the paladin bubbles. Then use your second set of CDs to kill the paladin. It can work if you get lucky. It's not 100 percent but you should be able to win half of your fights against war/pal like this.
Try to catch the warrior with sap, he'll often be in battle stance until he realizes it's a rogue team. If you can force a trinket you can make eat a full duration blind (at least until/if the paladin BOPs). But even if the paladin BOPs post divine shield on the paladin you can force the warrior to eat a second full duration blind (if you wait out the DR, 10 seconds after the pally bubble ends).

Verse top paladin/warriors on BG9, the paladin will constantly put buffs on the warrior prior to casting BoS in an attempt to prevent it from getting dispelled.

dispel sac and let your partner know the instant you do.

What buffs would those be?

Other than his FoL +resil libram buff, what else is there a pally could possibly buff on another player besides the blessing, which is the buff you'd be purging?

Autodevour should still be fine, BoSac is still on the 30s cooldown iirc. Even if you caught it late that's a 22 second window to cc the pali.

2 minute CD trinket that's worse than many other options for 1 extra buff. I think that's pushing it a bit.

When they use the ignore trick to know what team they're playing, the paladin will often equip that trinket, since it's the best trinket he can use again a rogue/warlock combo. It's also not just one extra buff; it stacks up to five times, making all the more annoying. Warrior/Paladin teams aren't considered all that strong anymore, but the ones that manage to stay near the top do pull all the stops if they want to retain their rank. I'm really surprised you think "that's pushing it," when it is really common among top warrior/paladin teams and has even been suggested on these very forums for warrior/paladin teams who are struggling.

I think swapping gear based on your opponent through abusing chat mechanics is "pushing it" too :P.
If I fight a shadow team that really beats the crap out of me, I'll probably toss on a piece or two for the next game before we requeue, and take the loss of 80 healing and a bit of mp5 if we land a warrior, but what's the point in playing a multiplayer game if you're not playing by the same rules as everyone else? -.-

It's become so standard, I have to say at least half the teams with a warrior we face will have shadow resistance gear the second time we play against them. It happens often enough with teams w/o a warrior, too, but no where near as often as it happens with warriors for some reason. My warlock ally has already bought eight penetration gems and plans to equip it in his season 2 gear for his "penetration set." He is also considering equipping it now, before he even buys season 3 gears, because of how pervasive the problem is.

Turn off auto-devour?
Aren't you a genius.
I never said I had auto-devour on. Since devour doesn't let me choose which buff to dispel, that doesn't change the fact that at best I'm looking at 50% chance to dispel BoS (smart paladins will put more than 1 extra buff, though).
I didn't know it was necessary to explain game mechanics on these forums.
