I run with shadowpriest, aff lock, paladin, warrior. The strategy is simple. Kill the enemy fast.
We've been hovering around 2200 for the last couple months now, rotating players in for points and only playing 10 games a week, but now we want to make the push up to 2300+ for gladiator. The problem is that most of the time when I hit my bestial wrath cooldowns, the enemy player survives. I'd like to be more useful to the team when the fight lasts longer than 20 seconds. We win more than we lose, but I would estimate that a good 90% of our first kills do not happen while I'm enraged. Times have changed.
I am thinking that a marks build would be better for us to kill those teams with 2 or 3 healers. Silencing shot and scatter shot would be devastating to a priest or shaman trying to keep himself alive... and you can silencing shot many times in a battle, as opposed to my red pet, which I rarely get to use more than once.
So here's my question: Should I go marks spec to improve my performance over the entire battle? ..and if so, what spec should I use for this? Dont say imp stings/scorpid, because we are not a drain team. Not getting 5/5 stings opens up a lot of talents for extra dps. Check out these spec ideas.

With this spec, I'm pretty sure Careful Aim is best for dps, but I'm not sure about combat experience or weapon spec.
Also, I think 5 points for imp arcane shot is too expensive, but is it worth it for the new arcane shot next week? Where would I get the points from?
In the survival tree, deterrence could be valuable, but I put that point in the marks tree for more dps, since I am almost never the enemy's first target.
Again, this is for a 5v5 gib team, not a survival/drain team.
