I wouldn't say there's a "Best" sl/sl spec. But this is the one I use, it does the most damage out of the sl/sl specs. It's your decision whether you want mana feed or that extra point in SM.

I agree 100% thats the one I use.

Honestly, you NEED mana feed in 2v2s. I've beaten teams just because the other lock did not spec into it. It really becomes prevalent in longer games.

I have two real 2v2 (current one is just helping a friend), both 2300+

Mana Feed isn't a necessary thing needed in order to win. But if you catch a warlock without it, you can easily use it to your advantage. Mana draining a pet without mana feed can completely screw over the other team, and it'll allow your healer to spam heal, and rebuff himself without worry of being dispelled. No dispels from the pet = no heals for himself, making it easier to kill the pet.

do pets not regenerate mana or do it ridiculously slowly?

Mana Feed and Demonic Resilience are a must as SL/SL imo, otherwise Felhunter is killed far too easily by warriors.

thats when u get out the voidwalker and if you're with a healer jsut CoW the warriro and with him attacking your felhunter(also gives him an ap debuff) your healer should be able to keep the pet up no problem

Its nice to have and especially useful in a warlock vs warlock fight but other warlocks are usually not a problem for me. The problem is warriors, hunters, and rogues which I get out a void for anyways and mana feed isnt used there.

Not having it does suck when you are getting feared all the time by another lock though.

yeah but still, if you take 4 (instead of 5) in master demonologist you loose 14 resist all (and -2%dmg red with vw out) but gain 1p in mana feed.

and in season 3, if you dont splash in good shadowres-gear I dont really feel that master demonologist is that usefull anymore since more and more ppl will have lots of spell penetration.

I win vs locks that doesnt have mana feed even if they have a healer.
The ones I loose vs allways have it.

(but thats probably because my setup isnt that good in 2v2 so we allways have to kill/despawn their pet).
