Hey all,
I have been using the Blizzard Unit Frames for a long time and I really need something else for Arena Healing.
I was wondering what you other paladins use and feel is best for arena healing.
Please also list any add ons you feel are vital for pvp.
Appreciate all the help.
Thanks

I use blizzard UI for my bars, I have x-perl for my health/party info plus I have grid up. I also have proximo to quick target for HoJ.

I recently started using ag_unitframes. I must say I really like it!
What I do is configure the party health bars to be roughly twice as wide as Blizz's default party health bars. This lets me notice much easier the damage people are taking. These bars are also brighter than Blizz's so that also brings it to my attention when damage is being taken.
I also started using Aloft for class colored name plates. It helps me spot where specific people are pretty well, especially 5v5. Of course Proximo is must.
I had been using Grid in the past mainly for the purpose of noticing who's out of range, but it seemed to be causing some lag lately in the arenas for me. Once I disabled it I haven't had that same lag I had before. Not sure if it is coincidence or not.

Pearl Classic... still haven't found anything so nice looking and so user friendly, so I am sticking to it. Tried PitBull and AG, but the visuals and features weren't holding against good old Pearl, so I went back.

Proximo, NECB, Pitbull.
I like xperl because of the range finder

My primary addons are Pitbull, Proximo, Quartz and Antagonist. For actionbars I use Bongos with OmniCC. I also use a skinner addon for viewport.
I have one problem about Pitbull though: I use the filter to only show debuffs cureable by me, but I can't get it to show MS and Hamstring. Anyone who could enlighten me?

AGuf (I'm thinking about switching to Pitbull), Gladiator, Grid
All ace mods, all very easy to configure and customize to taste.

I use Proximo for targeting, super inspect to double-check gear and specs of my enemys, and Xperl for my UI.
