My hunter/warlock's team got 2300+ and went downhill during the last night push. To all the druids who did nothing but pillar hump in bear form and repeatedly run up the bridge and jump down for ticks of drinking (because pets are too stupid to jump) in Blade's Edge... Go die. -_-

Consensus is that AJ's calculations are wrong because inactivity in 2v2 isn't as high as in 3s and 5s. 30-40% instead of 50%, meaning more glad teams.

The weird thing is we have a harder time with warrior/druid than mage/rogue. In our last minute push for glad we farmed mage/rogue's in the 2200's. I just start out with my healing mace on and my rogue does everything possible to stop the first shatter bomb (he will waste cooldowns like Blind to make absolute sure it doesn't happen). After that, it's GG.

Yeah we were surprised we were actually getting to somewhat farm a rogue/rogue in PvE gear (at first), extremely not used to that. Of course, that was before we should have stopped playing, the thing we suck most at. As usual after 15 or so games we sort of started failing horribly and refusing to stop playing. Got to 1943 before 3 23 or so point losses then it was downhill from there, and 60 games later we're down to 1768 since all that's queueing is a Druid/Warrior and Pally/Warrior that we aren't beating and finally got ourselves to quit and wait to queue up again till tomorrow when we're bored yet again. As for MC, I imagine it was just to force you into kicking it so he could heal.

Both games were pretty sloppy tbh. The first game you lost adrine very fast, and you went all the way across the map with fear and sprint on. The 2nd game I walked over and cannibalized you after I vanished, and adrine ran way away from your body. Which means A) you released and weren't paying attention to your body and B) you didn't guard a corpse against an undead rogue. Priests have stun resist, it's nothing new, hard to blame it entirely on RNG, its not like you got resisted vs someone with 0 addition stun resist.

oh, i'm sorry. i read it wrong. i thought you were talking about what else the druid would trinket. as far as trinketing the first blind, i've seen a lot of people pop their trinket on blind even when their druid's still in good shape to get away.

The trick we run into is lasting that 20 seconds after the first blind is trinketed. If it's a warlock it's pretty much GG since we need our cloak to be available when the druid is dead. If it's a warrior, one of us just gets owned and both of us usually have deep wounds + rend on us :(

Sure it is. A) wait for sprint to end before opening if you used it to look around with perception up. B) Shadowstep instead of sprint if you were just using it to close distance and open. C) Trinket the fear so you can both stick to the shadow priest and drop him, if you eat a full duration fear, you're going to lose since you or your partner is assuredly going to die.

If you trinket and immediately vanish, you can open on the rogue and lock them up while your partner kills the priest. Yes, you're going to eat a blind eventually, however if you open on the rogue and get a rupture on him he shouldn't be able to vanish/sap.

If double DPS is a joke and druid/warrior don't give you trouble, then where do your losses come from? The only counters to you are rogue + druid/priest. Those are winnable and there weren't many high rated rogue + healer teams. No offense, but even though you guys were the first to get 2200 you didn't even break 2050 till earlier this week, meaning that the warrior/druid teams (and other teams for that matter) you farmed on the way to 2200 were far from top-notch.

As far as I know, Broseph and Hankk's team has consistently beaten Rnn's team. Tbh, I think they would beat your team with ease.

Also, my warrior Kham's druid/warrior team is 2-2 vs you this season even though my druid partner is still rather inexperienced.

I didn't say we never lost to warrior/druid, just that no team gave us trouble. Rnn is the only person that we haven't beaten (2 legit matches, and 1 skirmish). It was close some games, but still. Most other teams were never as difficult. On the fact that we haven't been 2050 until this week, that's just made up. We've been 2100+ for 2 weeks now.

To say that druid/warrior would beat our team with ease is laughable, as it's only slightly in the warrior's favor, but I do know that when we fought Daedric and Churrp, it was quite difficult. A majority of our losses came from leveling up the team, and losing random games (most warrior/druid teams get 1 win, and 3-4 losses, so it added up). Can't win them all. My other team on horde is 51-7 as druid/rogue so far =)

EDIT: let's put it like this - I don't play resto normally (Bottleorum and Safdar are my toons), Pussiecat isn't owned by me, but by a friend.

2s is way too frustrating as a shaman, it was good enough to get weapon while our paladin raids. Probably not gonna touch 2s for awhile, rather play Metric.

Gonna make a 5s in the somewhat near future if I can find a quality mage or warlock.

GG indeed... we're going seniority with ours, which is sort of obviously me since Pars left, BP is banned, and the other rogues have been here 2 months or less. I'm gone on our next usual Illidan kill day so I have to convince em to delay Hyjal, /sigh. 2s has been usual up and down in 1900s, went to ShS a couple weeks back and absolutely nothing changed, so prolly going back to Mutilate. Haven't really played it for like a week though, been trying Priest/Rogue/Rogue since there's no druids at all and did really well the first night since the only actual team playing was a PMR. Since then not so well but ah well.

Also yay for cheat death nerf, doesn't even proc half the time now, lucky you guys got 2050 last week.

Same happened to Churp and I against Makeveli. I would juke every feral charge and spell lock and because Churp is undergeared they'd almost always kill him.The one time we beat him basically I just spammed earth shield on him as soon as it would be dispelled and everything went as well as possible for us.

As for the armor, the s4 chest and weapon are about the same size upgrade, with a slight bias toward the weapon. The only two warrior druids we haven't beat was the dreamstate druid/warrior and Rnn's team, but at the time against both teams Churp was still very undergeared compared to their warriors. Now he's in much better shape.
