Hey guys,

Sorry for the noob question, but for some reason I get a lot of mixed results when I try and gouge, stealth and then cheapshot.

I currently have 3/3 improved gouge. I do not have camo here, but tried 5/5 camo on the test server with just about the same results.

I was testing with a guildie and waiting a few minutes between attempts, talking between each one, so DR isn't coming into play.

Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong or did they change how this works or something?

Thanks,
Zh

are you sapping first?

Nay, just gouge. Mid fight gouge... Sometimes I can get a cs off, but most of the time it is just enough time for the gouged player to react w/o me getting a cs off.

Are you saying to gouge > Stealth > sap > cs?

Thanks,
Zh

He just asked if you started dr with sap. It usually takes 5 sec or so to get ooc and imp gouge is 5.5 sec so you have 0.5 sec to stealth and cs, I dont think you can get a cs in without him having time to use 1 gcd at least.

After you gouge, you need to get some distance to restealth. Don't stand near your opponent and immediately cs. It might work if you have 0 latency, but for me at least, that's not usually the case.

What Rotard said.

Furthermore, I recommend you to get behind your opponent when trying to restealth, since it limits the amount of spells they can cast.

Thanks everyone, I have been standing behind them, but didn't get any distance. Thanks again and I'll try that.
