Conc Blow on same DR as Intercept?

Pretty sure all "controlled" stuns are on one DR (charge/intercept/Conc/Hammer/etc) and all "uncontrolled" are on another (maces mostly).

Pretty much. I think rogues might have cheap shot on its own seperate DR timer so they can CS into KS without DR.

Almost right, cheap shot shares DR with all controlled stuns, kidney shot on the other hand, is on its own timer.

And yes, concussion blow shares DR with charge and intercept, making it kinda useless.
