just screwing around on my druid in arena, with a warrior.. when do you use nature's swiftness?

I know you lb lb lb rejuv and switfmend to heal... along those lines

I just cant peice in nature's swiftness

Whenever your warrior or you go low and you know you cant heal it up without a instant heal.

If you realy cant find an instant healing touch usefull (I can), you can NS cyclone. That can be usefull, and most ppl unlike getting cycloned so its kinda fun too.
