What pieces are you grabbing Day 1 S3?

Helm, Chest. I'm torn between getting Gloves day 1 and getting shoulders after week 2, or getting shoulders week 1 and gloves week 2.

Then: Bracers, Belt, Ring, trinket. AV weekend that weekend in the new AV, so that should be fun farming.

The question is whether or not the new trinkets will come out on patch day. If so, I can just farm the honor for Neck or Boots as well the week before S3.

as far as pvp havent decided yet..most prolly trinket (HP one) and others....

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I recall having read somewhere that the season 3 armor would come with the patch and not be delayed until season 3 actually starts. Has this been changed or did I simply misunderstand?

Hopefully we can hit 1850 on day 1, need to replace my weapon. In 2.3 my pala will get more spell damage from his healing mace than I get from my weapon.

Sticking to dreadweave again. I plan on getting Legs and Helm/Chest first. I will save the remainder of my points and wait to grab either the helm/chest the following week. I might grab the shoulders instead of the helm/chest, but that depends on how much my team plans on playing during thanksgiving week.

I will be spending all of my honor points on every single honor upgrade. They will be dreadweave as well. I will skip the Audacity trinket (although, i might grab it to replace talisman of the alliance). I will be buying the cloak with badges.

I also think it will be a walk in the park from 1500-> 1800. From there, the points will start getting really small. Like 8 or less points per game. I am also hoping that a lot of current first page teams will be grinding their way to 2000 the first week, so that we would get a chance to play a good portion of them because we only got to see a small portion of 1st page teams. The rest kind of stopped queue because their ratings were so high. Made our grind to our current rating of 2318 (still waiting on armory to update), a huge struggle because we had to play so many 1-3 point games. We even managed to get a zero point game twice because nobody was queuing up. The zero point game actually counted for a win too.

I hope you're playing 3v3 or 5v5. You won't get many games playing 2v2 start of Season 3.
