I didn't look at your spec, but your gear and gems seem solid for the most part. Get the Veteran Belt and Cloak and you should be set.

15 Agi to gloves would be better. Thats pretty much all i would change. Spec is pretty standard for a MM spec, which I supposed would be a good thing.

I only see a couple of flaws. They could be major or minor.

Lots of PvE gear -- Translation: Low Resilience. By this point in S2, you should be close to (or breaking) 400 resilience if you want to make it far.

On your spec -- I'm a sucker for Savage Strikes for burst and transitions (especially on the bridge in BEA), so I would've picked that up. I'm also a fan of Rapid Killing if I go Marks -- Lower CD on Rapid Fire = rape.

Gem more for tanking, in my opinion. Pure stam/resilience gems are always a plus, but not required. This is more my personal opinion from my role POV than a "golden rule" suggestion.

Pretty much, everything else is good.

Edit: Also agree on the 15AGI enchant over 26AP. Save for your resilience and after the AGI enchant, you'll have really great stats. I still say try to break 400 Res, but a lot of people will probably disagree ;p

Get your hit rating up to at least 2% so it's 5% with surefooted. Missing viper stings and silencing shots really sucks.

Your resilience is fine (my hunter is Tolan-Skullcrusher; I have less resil than you do, and perform just fine on a 5v5 that's currently ~2300 and was 4th in our battlegroup last season).
