hemo change? up to 11 or up to 36 (recent patch - today)

Hi, the hemo that is displayed in the tooltip for the ptr pvp server shows damage up to 11, yet the ptr pve server shows damage up to 36. The talent tree both shows damage up to 11 however.

Does anyone know and if it is 11, is hemo still the best over ss?

Blah.. sorry guys, I had rank 1. I copied over so many characters spec'ed a bit different and thought they were all rank 4. Missed one... sorry about that.. still 36 :)
