How important do priests rate this set bonus? I recently picked up my second season two piece and lost 4pc season 1, finding my survivability to go down slightly in 5v5s. PW: Shield seems pretty important against MS assist trains in 5v5. I was thinking of getting 3pc heal/2pc damage season 2 gear, but may just go all out s2 healing gear since I am close to the resilience cap without 2 2pc bonus'.
Opinions?

Honestly, with the way Resilience caps, I don't feel like the 3/2 piece is even worth it. I went from 423 Resilience to 389 picking up the 4 piece, and my survivability is definitely better with the 4 piece, so I would rate it pretty high. When I am done gearing up, I should be around 430 Resilience because I want to change some gems out.
A lot of Priests try to get as humanly close to 500, but I don't see the reason why. I am satisfied with my ability to survive....now I am trying to put out as much healing as the other healers can. Lot of work to try and balance all those stats around.
With the armor nerf on season 2 gear coming up, yeah I'm just gonna keep stacking 2 sets. Problem is I just don't know which 2 sets (s1 healing/s2 healing or s2 healing/s2 damage).

I can't say whether or not this armor nerf will be game breaking or not. One thing I will say is that when I had Improved Inner Fire, I did not feel like my survivability was much better against melee. And that was a 2.5% damage mitigation increase....so I would imagine I won't be feeling too much of a pinch either.
When I look at armory of most top Priests in 5v5 and so on, they are rocking between 400-450 Resilience, so to me that is probably the comfort spots. A lot of Priests overdue it and go to like 500, which is fine...but they certainly sacrifice other stats in gem slots, and enchants and so on. They can do a lot more for themselves to balance their character out a little bit more.
As I stated in my post above, I am VERY comfortable with what I can do from a "tanking" perspective....however, I feel like I can always gain more efficiency with what I am doing. So as I continue to gear out, I am just going to push for more Mana / 5 and Intellect.

I noticed a difference when I put four pieces on, and I'm sure I'll notice a difference when I take them off.
That's all I can really say.

Get your resil to 450 with 4piece set bonus and grab stam where you can.
Edit:
Imp. Inner Fire is not worth it, and the armor nerf will definitely not be game breaking.
Imp IF is awful.
The nerf won't be game breaking, but annoying. So many wasted stat points.

Yeah, you have to remember it's just not set bonus vs set bonus. Gladiator S2 still has a little more sta, int, dmg and resilience per piece. I prefer 4 S2 over going 3, 2.

Or if you're holy 3 S2 healing/2 S2 damage!

Our 4 piece set bonus is pretty crap compared to everyone else's. Although I'd still rather take the full season 2 than the 2 season 1 3 season 2 for the bonus resilience, just cause of the huge armor upgrade really seems to help. I gotta say I RARELY use my shield enough to warrant a need for the 2 seconds less on weakened soul. It just seems useless all around.

or you can use 2pc s2 dmg, and 3pc merc mooncloth

It's probably more noticeable for non-Shadow Priests.
