Season 1 Gladiator and Season 2 Gladiator

I was looking at the hall of fame for season 1 on my battlegroup, it looks like 2240s got gladiator, would you say more or less people will get it this season, meaning lower rating needed? Or should I attempt to grind upto 2300 or stick at 2200.

more people will get it since the size of most battlegroups has greatly increased since season 1 (more people levelling up + starting arena etc). I assume you are talking about 2v2, in which case I would go to 2300 in any battlegroup just to be safe; there will be a mad rush especially in the last week, in which the rating requirement will go WAY up, just like in season 1.

Don't forget that inactive teams won't be counted. I'm just guessing that the number of teams that get glad will be SLIGHTLY higher than last season.

just looking at the sheer number of inactive teams, i'm gonna predict less gladiators this season

teams selling points could get inactive as well, so 2k+ teams might be inactive so it might not necessarily be less? not too sure.

I'm gonna post what I've been saying sense they released the crap about inactive teams: In my opinion, 2v2 will get hit the hardest, probably losing about 40 or 50 glad spots, 3v3 and 5v5 won't be hit for more than 10 gladiator spots on what the calculator says (imo) Just because of the insane number of players that have sense hit 70, and made teams that are active. Ah and what I did to get a rough estimate on how many titles are going out for my battlegroups 5v5, I just assumed 1/4th of all teams are inactive, Cutting out about 1/4th of the available gladiator spots, This number (1/4th) is grossly overexagerated.

This season was much longer meaning average rating is higher, more teams exist even if some are inactive, you should have been comparing ranks, not ratings.
