s3 staff or mh/oh

what will u guys do. actually i have no clue since the grimoire has been removed.
now i tend to got with the staff for the penetration and have to live with less dmg and hit but getting useless crit
(sl/sl or ua. specc)

I'm having trouble deciding which to get too. I think the pros and cons are as follows.

Staff:

Spell pen is a major plus point, so needed for locks as there is a lot of passive shadow resistance.
Crit rating for fun destro weekend spec :P
Looks sick and after all looks > stats
less damage :(
slow speed for taking out totems, but my druid & pet are normally on totem watch ;)

1hand+OH:

more dmg, by around 30-40, cant remember the exact stats, great plus
more resil, this will also be around 30 ish, ok to have if you arent capped, means you can slack on resil gems if you choose them.
fast speed for taking totems out
hit rating, very nice to have too, but i personally rate it lower than spell pen

but really, basic guideline -> oh/mh = more dmg, staff = more stats
