Looking for some advice on which to use, how to set up, and what settings to use as far as enemy cast bars so I can keep track of casts on me to reflect, CC on my partners, my CC/durations on others.

Any help welcome.

I use Aguf and i have my focus set to show so i can see what they are casting and who they are targetting.
NECB shows debuff timers like sunders.
On top of that i have the normal blizzard UI nameplate cast bars on as well.

Edit: NECB shows all forms of CC but it can be messed up sometimes

I use Xperl for my unit frames. It has cast bars built into the target and focus frames so it's easy to see when someone is casting.
I also use NECB for showing others cooldowns and timers on stuff like sunder and demo.

I think the Blizzard UI is fine. I remember when I had to pummel when i saw their hands light up to cast. WoW has its own enemy cast bars which is really easy to use even for a mediocre player. I guess that addon might help you out a bit to see timers on debuffs for your target but the WoW UI shows a clock go around fading out to see when its going to come off which is pretty easy to gauge.

The #1 reason for getting enemy cast bars is detecting when enemies are casting spells on you that you don't have targeted.
Ex: Mage is sheeping you when you're fighting the rogue.

The #2 reason for getting enemy cast bars is knowing the duration of CC that isn't yours. Like timing CC with your allies or knowing when CC on your allies is about to end.
Ex: The in-game clock only shows a cooldown circle on your own CC and doesn't show it for enemy CC on friendlies.

I personally use ecb for showing my target's cast bar, my focus' cast bar and my own cast bar, and NECB to track cooldowns and other people's casting bar. My screen feels so crowded sometimes...

this is one of the reasons i use quartz for casting bars- you can set how big or small, and where you want to place it, what color for which spells, show ranks, names, etc. very handy! and then perl + necb for focus casting bar + cooldowns

just make sure you can see the cast bars of your focus target, and set a secondary dps like a mage as your focus. a spell reflected sheep or something is really win

You don't need TM to pull off reflected sheep. I'm 10 rage or lower all the time and I pull it off using blood rage + 2nd wind off nova. Same goes for roots or bash + cyclone.
