Applying poisons on PTR buffed or bugged?

I apply poisons crazy fast now and can get 5 wounds up in like 5 seconds or less. Anyone else seeing this or know anything about this?

Do you have any hard numbers? Applying poisons can be really random. Sometimes I get a stack of 5 before I can use my first finisher, and other times it does not proc even once against a mob that I actually check my buffs to see if my poisons are actually applied.

It's bugged on PTR. Read the tooltip, it says 130% chance to apply wound poison for me. No way Blizzard could intend for poison applications to increase that much.
