World Breaker Over Powered?

I am a Holy Paladin, Agion on the aggramar server. I currently Have started a 2v2 with a warrior which we got to 2210 undeafted. His weapon was World Breaker, and was in full merc and pvp gear. When we faced other pally war combos he would out dps the other warrior by 40k dmg, and at that the other team were gladiators. Now saying that Its obivious my warrior is good, but he eventually left to go 2v2 with another pally to help him. Him doing this i decided to get an equal skilled and geared warrior but he doesnt have World Breaker. Now we dropped the rating down to 2k because it seemed like he couldnt do enough dmg.

From what I can see it is the fact that the warrior with World breaker would Spam Hamstring to proc the mace then mortal strike. Could this be the answer as to why my current warrior without world breaker isnt putting up the damage?

Any comments are greatly appreciated.

World Breaker the reason you got to 2210 undefeated? Therefore it's overpowered?

I don't know, it sounds like an awful lot of credit to give to a weapon. Maybe if all variables were exactly the same, but you didn't necessarily have that with your other warrior.

I fought my old warrior with World breaker who was pared with a holy pally, so being pally war VS. pally war you would think the warriors would somewhat equal damage. Wrong. The other warrior did 30k more than mine, mine even surendered to negate some of his Armor.

Yea normally you would think the warriors would have somewhat equal damage if they play and use abilities in the same way, but obviously they aren't if there's a difference of 50k. No weapon alone can do that.
