i dont know really i just heal ^^
but i tend to use rejuvenation alot less against dispell happy guys
also depends alot on what you face, against 2 dps teams in 2s and 3s you want that lifebloom stacked up and rolling, but say you go 2s with a demo lock you dont need to heal that much ;) so its really situational. and for healing touch, cant remember last time i used it in arena, must been early season one sometime ;)

Pretty much, you can add regrowth if you are certain you wont be CS'd too.
Gotta be careful with a triple stack bloom, its so much healing you might be wasting mana with it, especially if you miss the refresh every now and then as you need to heal yourself and CC. I usually have 1 or 2 blooms ticking mostly.

Against a high DPS team I like to regrowth right at the start while I know I am not targeted and out of interrupt range. Just to get the hot on. Bloom, rejuv, bloom, bloom, keep bloom and rejuv refreshed while swiftmending as necessary. If everything is up and no one else needs heals, look for something to cyclone.
First LB before rejuv. Makes the stack last longer without refreshing.

That and there is a big chance rejuv. will be dispelled if you put it on first.
