Trinket/Weapon for resto shaman (2v2 with a mace warrior)

I don't know which trinket to use with my resto shaman..he is currently at 1850 rating..we hit 1900 before..and dropped now because his gear is not that great. But anyway I have all these trinkets in my inventory and don't know which one I should use

1 trinket slot is reserved for the 2 min PVP trinket of course.

i would go with gavel and talasite owl because at that rating you will probably fight more pally / something combos. So you will need all the mp5 you can get. But at the same time you might be the one getting hit, so you might wanna go with dagger and Infernal Power. So its a toss up i guess =/

The weapon you can change in the arena still, so you can change it based on whether you are getting focused or not.

As for the trinket, it really depends on the rest of your stats-- I wouldn't use the darkmoon card at all. 10% isn't all that reliable, and is only ever useful if they kill you first. Personally I think alembic is better as often in that rating range they'll attack you. You get both the resilience to help the dmg and the mana regen from being hit.

You can also go for the Scarab of the Infinite Circle, in CoT2, it's a very good item too.
