Since I haven't gone 30+ in discipline ever since my guild was doing Huhuran tries pre-tBC, can someone who's tested this tell me if (as it was stated in a previous blue post and is implied by the talent description) the PS talent's anti-dispel mechanic works passively?
In other words, does simply having PS, regardless of if its shield is up at the time, give you a 65% resistance to having your buffs dispelled? And if so, how does it stack with silent resolve?
I just think that given how much we depend on our magic buffs and how many we got, having such a resistance would be quite good in arenas.
Anyone who's tested this first hand?
