Congratulations Rock, you've just been matched up against Paper.
Try having your shammy dropping totems out of LOS so it's not as easy for them to be killed/seen. He's using grounding and not windfury, right? If he isn't using grounding against a double casting team, he needs to. It's a very one-sided matchup though, especially considering the shammy can't do much in the split-seconds he'll have between various CCes and with a felhunter attacking him. Your best bet is usually to attack the shadow priest first, but a good warlock will CoEx you and make it very hard to stay on him.
Until 2.3 hits, the best way to beat spriest/lock teams is to stack shadow resist. Even after 2.3, if you are playing in a bracket with a lot of shadow-damage teams, it might be worthwhile to always keep on a few pieces of gear with SR that don't sacrifice too many stats (Neck, Bracers, Cloak, etc).
The fight normally ends in under a minute, its just a DPS race. WF totem and charge in swap to grounding while sitting out in LoS. Bloodlust ns heal, and use fast heals as soon as possible. Eat the felhunter silence while the warrior is still at 90+% hp. During the silence duration warrior needs to spell reflect (they normally burst here with mb swd + shadowburn) After the heal make sure the shaman is as far as possible from the priest and can out range his silence while healing. Don't be afraid to trinket out of a blackout or CoEx if you fall behind. Piercing howl to snare both and while your ms ww and auto attack arent going try to keep both hamstringed so its easier for the shaman to keep his range. I tend to not deathwish until after a felhunter silence and me being at 80% hp or so. After a WW, zerker rage, and go to battle stance to reduce as much damage as possible.
ES on the warrior is pretty helpful too. If you're fast enough at the start, the warrior can charge and peircing howl the felhunter (or just straight up charges and hamstrings the felhunter) and that allows for the shaman to get more time behind a pillar.
That combo is really hard on lorderon though. Blades edge and nagrand aren't that hard.
I'm playing the same setup as you do, and the only way we can beat a spriest/warlock team is to play offensive. Warrior charges in, bloodlust asap and windfury totem, purge his shield and keep tremor up, fire nova if possible. Once too many dots are up start healing, eat the pet silience early and LHW+NS HW on your warrior and start spamhealing. drop a grounding once in a while but keep WF up when its destroyed until you have another one ready.
Maxrank earthshock his mindflay/mindblast and purgepurgepurge. The priest needs to die within 15 secs or its lost, the warrior cannot beat through more than one shield or he has lost too much dps.
We've tried everything else except for gimping ourselves in green shadow res gear and its our only chance to beat this kind of team.
*edit* earthshield on the warrior and lightning shield on the shaman helps
