I was recently approached by a druid i had no idea existed and was asked if i wanted to try a 2v2. Of course, i said yes, and a week and a half later, here we are, at 2148.
Here's the dilemma - According to the new info on the inactive cuts, assuming they cut out, say, 10k of the 35k-so teams in my bg (rampage) we'll need a 2160 rating to get our gladiator title. The question is, does 10k sound like a fair number on the 2v2 inactive cuts? if it were a bit less, we'd already be in gladiator range.
Most of you probably know that around this rating, in terms of risk-reward, the risk is high, and the reward is low. We're currently on a 17 game winning streak for the weekend but we've only been gaining 5-6 points a match. If we were to lose a single match... there goes gladiator. Should we try to bump up our rating for a cushion on the glad rank? if so, what would you say is an ideal rating?
opinions appreciated :D
