I need help on a strat to beat rogue/priest teams. We went against the same team twice and lost both times. Any advise would be appriciated.
(On a sad note: The rogue has the MH Warglaive of Azzinoth so he hits pretty hard)
Its me an SL/SL lock btw.

My partner and I used to have a lot of problems with rogue/priests until we ironed out a strategy for them; it works pretty well, even if the rogue is undead, but we have problems if it's a dwarf rogue. Teams with rogues on them are one of the few teams in which we actually focus on the healer. Once the rogue comes out, if he already started stun locking my warlock ally, I'll start stunning him just so my lock can fear. After the fear, which usually gets trinketed right away, just blind the rogue as soon as you can. After that, the warlock usually keeps CoE and fear on the rogue while we try to kill the priest. It works pretty well, and you should have an easier time than me since you're undead. Sometimes the game takes a bit longer and you might need to help your ally a bit more if the rogue gets immune to fear for awhile. I'll sometimes go gouge the rogue, for example. Often the rogue will get on me if his priest is getting low, in which case your partner should fear him off you immediately. Out of all the combos we face, we probably improvise more on this one than any other combo; the game varies a lot based on where the rogue gets feared and who he tries to go for and such.

I play with a frost mage, a little different for us since we can out CC the healer and kill the dps in time before he gets a heal off. But, the biggest thing about fighting another rogue in an arena (undead or not) is to make him burn his vanish asap, and his cloak as well. Normally we make sure to find the rogue, and keep rupture on him, with enough focus on him he'll pop a vanish to get away. Just wait for your rupture to end and get a blind off on him or a couple good fears along with a sap in a fear (always pisses them off)

Just for reference, I don't believe that mage/rogue have more CC than warlock/rogue. The reason attacking the rogue might work for you is because the warlock loses too much damage every time the rogue uses CoS.
