s3 penetration

right now im thinking what items i should get from s3 with my points. the problem is spell penetration. i m aiming to get 70 to make shadow resi buff and aura useless.
after looking at the items i guess i got a problem.
first im going to list all items with penetration.

frist off all the honor items. ill use all of them .
old ring: 10
new ring: 14
cloak enchant= 20
---> i got 44 penetration right now.

now there are
the new oh: 35 (http://www.mmo-champion.com/images/news/2007/october/s3/grimoire.jpg)
the new wand: 20 (http://www.worldofraids.com/news/october/arena/weapons/wands.jpg)

now my question:
should i go with the wand only and take the endgame (http://www.worldofraids.com/news/october/arena/offhand/endgame.png) that way i would only get 64 resilience, but i get much better oh stats.
or
the other wand and take the penetration oh. now i would reach 79 penetration but get weaker stats from the other wand compared to the offhand difference.
or
should i consider taking both and reach for 99. or is this just an overkill and i gimp myself?

Both for 99 penetration wouldn't be overkill... most ppl get +15 SR to cloak.

But you can just get both offhands/wands and swap them when you see who you are fighting.

Today the grimoire was not on the ptr..
So, the question now is, staff with 35 penetration vs spellblade +offhand.
I think i'll prolly go with the staff and lose 16 resilience +35spell dmg, 35 penetration is just too good to pass.
