Has anyone crunched numbers or have any opinions on gems? I'm thinking of stacking all 20 AP gems for 2v2, but perhaps its better to lean toward all agility / agility+sta gems because of the dodge, armor addition.

I'm rarely the primary target in 2v2, so I stack attack power gems. While they're on my partner, I'm ripping their nuts out. I think you'll have to answer your own question... it depends on your situation.

If you're going to go with DPS gems, Agility for MArks and AP for BM, imo.
