Help with my 2s partner's gear.

I was wondering what my 2 v 2 partner should improve on first, with his current gear. We want to hit gladiator title by the end of the season and we have to quickly improve his gear. Hes going to pick up the talisman(34 resilience) sometime soon and the Merc. Glad Off Hand tommrow. I was wondering what he would also have to do to be able to tank rogues/warriors successfully in 2 v 2 as hunter priest to compete in the 2100+ brackets. We both have the skill but I'm not sure if he has the gear. His armory is below any tips on spec/gear is welcomed. Thanks.

once he gets his offhand he'll be pretty much set, aside from a fewminor details that shouldn't make to much of an impact

Any idea what cape,wand, or even 2nd trinket beside the talisman he should use? Also how much +healing would he need to have a good amount to push rating.

Check out the necklace and 2nd trinket I use. They would probably be good for him, and the trinket more so if he's getting focused first.
