2281 5v5 rating safe for gladiator in vindication?

Our 5v5 team is currently 2281 and I was just wondering if we are relatively "safe" for making gladiator leaving it at this. One of our mages hasn't been on for a while and we would really rather not find a replacement this late in the season. I believe we are around 19th place at the moment. Just some advice would help us.

You're probably ok for now, but keep in mind the rating requirement will probably fluctuate towards the end - considering you're kinda just on the edge, it might be a little iffy. :X
