Pretty much as the title of the thread states, what team compositions are you running to try out during the practice weeks?
My partners and I have decided to level 3 separate teams on the Tournament Realm #1, so far they are:
Setup #1:
Ret Paladin (me)
Warrior (Cdub)
Resto Shaman (Tist)
(We're also going to try this setup as double healer + warrior by having me respec my paladin, haven't tried on live and partners are playing new classes to them. It went well the first night of trying it)
Setup #2:
Warrior (me)
Warlock (Cdub)
Druid (Tist)
(Familiar with this from live, not gonna spend too much time on the TR during practice week with this)
Setup #3:
Warlock (me)
Rogue (Cdub)
Mage (Tist)
(Haven't tried this setup yet, partners are playing new classes again, may us a different third than mage)
What setups do you plan to run?

Heres what I came up with
Warrior (me)
Druid
Warlock
Rogue (me)
Druid
Warlock
Hunter (me)
Druid
Warlock
3 comps using 5 classes. Play 1st on live, kinda familiar with 2nd, 3rd my druid has played but I've never played a hunter in arena before. If our lock felt comfortable playing a priest we would scratch the hunter variation and just get RMP in there utilizing all 6 slots on the team but he doesnt want to try ><
That first comp sounds really fun I'm pretty much the only person in our group that feels comfortable playing new classes. And I dont want to "steal" comps lol. Maybe try some random new comps on the other server or something. I still have to wait for this damn visa gift card to activate to register.

I've played all those setups on live as the warlock (and my partner as the druid).
Were you going to have your partners each make 3 druids/warlocks, or did you only plan to play up one team in rating after the serious weeks start?
Our team's plan was to work up as many teams of different compositions as possible so if the meta appears different from what we were expecting we can run with a different setup.
This is especially important since in the final 2 weeks you can't change teams at all.

All one team but I was having the same thinking as you. Pick a team and figure out whats going on during the practice and decide what we're going to do for the rest of the round based on what happens during the first few weeks. Its really hard to tell how the meta game will be ahead of time since no one has ever played the 2.4 ruleset with S2/T5 gear.

Warrior/Rpal/Rdruid is our main setup, also familiar with Warrior/Hpal/Rdruid.
I can switch to a warlock (everyone can rofl), the pal can switch to a mage.
We'll see later :)

When I start playing this weekend, we'll be running 2 comps.
Rogue/Rogue/Warlock
Druid/Rogue/Warlock
(The other rogue plays both rogue and druid)

warlock/warrior/druid main, dunno about any offs
Warrior/Dpreist(me)/DS Druid (which is our main comp but I can also play warlock)
Warlock/Resto Shaman/DS Druid which is A LOT of fun to play but really hard to master vs. all the good RMPs.
On another team I'm playing UA Lock/Spriest(also disc some games)/Rogue....
With SL/SL Lock /Dpriest/Rogue tho it's just pointless since it's impossible to beat double melee and RMP.

Maybe some with a druid. If we ever play double rogue/druid who don't have perception, our priest might play druid.
