Has anyone from the states that we're deemed unplayable or whatever the reason was able to change there address or something to be able to play on the tourny realm? I heard a few people doin stuff to get away with it, is there anything I could do from Arizona to be elidgable to play?

Well it will definitely let you register, but if anybody changes their shit and wins they'll prob be busted and ineligible.

Yah, its like gambling under age. Sure, you can probably get away with it.. until you actually win something.

I believe it has to do with the gambling laws of those states.

Laws regarding 'normal' gambling (casinos, home-run tables, etc) and electronic gambling are typically separate and different.

I remember reading something about laws that state a business has to have a location in the state in order to hold a contest or something like that.
My "legal" residence is maryland but I changed my address to my VA apartment and it would have let me register. Couldnt end up finding a 3rd member we actually felt like paying 20 bucks to play with so I didnt bother.
