Anyone actually playing?

Buying gems seems impossible. Seems like I get lag when casting a spell that can last for 30 seconds before it clears. All in all, it seems completely unplayable.

Has anyone else had a different experience?

Fortunately the account I registered for the tournament is a different one than my Druid's, so I've just been grabbing the enchants/gems I can while playing on live.


Lagging for 10-20 mins after attempting to buy items is really fun, though. That's exactly what I paid for.

Also, there's a 44/0/17 moonkin standing next to me at the gem vendor. The extra points in Resto were apparently to max out the HT casting time talent. I'm glad he's wasting server resources to play his highly competitive 44/0/17 HT spam moonkin 3v3.

I have determined, if you simply click on everything you want, walk away for 5 minutes, it will kindly hop into your bags lol.
If you get the object is busy error, relog and it will go right back to nothing happening for 5 minutes lol.

The lag just disappeared all the sudden. Every vendor is instant for everyone I've talked to now. Guess they forgot to plug in one of their routers or something, lawl.

Look up Balancedruid on Tich. He used that spec for 5s and they were top 5.

Just looked him up. His version of 44/0/17 makes sense: He put his extra Resto points in Subtlety, which is completely legit. The Druid I was talking about maxed out Naturalist - the HT casting time and +physical damage talent - and didn't have any points in Subtlety or Intensity.

Anyway, back on topic;

The vendor lag completely disappeared around 2am EST last night. Vereor (warlock partner) and I did some 2v2 and the arena servers were fine as well. Screwing around as Feral Druid/Destruction Lock was pretty fun, specially when we actually beat some terrible Druid/Warrior and Shaman/Warrior teams.
