I was wondering about how rage works and such, so it basically narrowed a few things down to is it either to get rage from a frost mage that kites and sheeps or a 28/33/0 priest? Lately we've been spliting dps to make sure the frost mage doesn't do alot of sheep and such, but now because of that me and the frost mage can't knock back the priest as much as we want to stop mass dispel and a few mana burns giving them the advantage to hit our mage. So basically which is easier to build rage off given the circumstances of a warrior getting sheeped, frost nova and being kite by a frost mage or a holy disc priest doing the same.

A frost mage doesn't rage starve a warrior, he just stops the warrior from ever using that rage. Frost mages spam freeze, frost nova, and get loads of frostbite procs on a warrior, and everyone of those roots is feeding the warrior 20 rage and 10% of his HP back, so the mage technically isn't depriving the warrior of rage much.
A 28/33 priest will rage starve the warrior for a bit at the start, but as soon as the warrior starts applying pressure, it gets harder and harder to keep up the bubbles to stop the rage from flowing in.
I'm not sure what you're asking, but if i'm getting you right, ideally, you want the warrior to go for the priest and you want to sheep the warrior as soon as your priests's bubble goes down if you want to stop his rage income. Refrain from novas and the like if you can afford to.

If you have freedom for the warrior, he can hurt a frost mage pretty badly.
If you don't, and he gets on the priest, saving enough rage to break through the shield without using an auto-swing (whirlwind or MS, both if needed, since using those doesn't generate rage anyways, thus avoids rage starving), he's in a good position to do some serious pain.

your warrior should focus the priest because he's squishy and also to prevent mana burns ( because high level arena essentially boils down to a mana game) have your ranged interrupts watch the mage and interrupt poly, or just get faster with dispels. you might also try ccing the mage, if you can.
