With the 2.3 pain suppression and new health increasing trinkets will this be the downfall of 4 dps teams? I personally think it will be alot harder because you really need to gib a target real fast but these changes will make that alot harder. If you play 4 dps how will your team handel it?

no... most of the 4 dps teams have either, a) shaman for bloodlust/heroism that can purge. or b) a shadow priest with mass dispell

Pain Suppression will still grant 65% dispel resistance.

I personaly think the change with pain suppresion wil be minimal cause of purge spam etc even with the resist to beeing dispelled

The general principle of a 4 dps team is to CC or lock out any healers on the other team, and kill someone. 1750 hp (if they're even able to pop a trinket while getting focused), while helpful, will most likely not be particularly significant in avoiding this.

The elemental shaman indirect nerf is pretty hard on 4 dps.

I don't think it will be the "end" of 4 dps, but I do think it will balance the playing field again and introduce a few more viable setups.

It's interesting you should say that, I've found that even with only two healers, the Warrior's health is very unstable, rather than going straight down or topped off. The last 20% health is often the difference between life and death, and between 1.5 sec spammable nukes and heals, the health seems to go up or down very, very slowly.
The elemental shaman indirect nerf is pretty hard on 4 dps.
I think the coefficient nerf will be offset by the very solid chance to proc a second CL or LB.

5% LO chance at 100% damage vs. 20% LO chance at 50% damage is a 100% increase in total damage dealt by LO.
