[Request] RSham/Rogue: Starting that comp in 2.4

I actually started playing this with a mutilate rogue and am curious to see what people have to say.

I'm currently playing it with a ShS and am toughness spec. I am gonna try picking it up to about 2.3kish. if no strat is up for the comp yet then i'll get to it. =]
