Against 2 dps team:
shouldn't need a guide for this. Frost mage and disc priest are strong against double dps.
Against Druid Warrior:
Priest will stay on the druid and attempt to mana burn and prevent him from drinking. Mage dps the warrior and force the druid to come out and heal. CC the warrior if needed to drink, make sure to have good amount of mana and play safe. When the warrior is low health, fear the druid and both dps the warrior, burning all ur cooldowns. If it fails, CC and repeat.
Agianst Warrior Shaman:
Priest stay on shaman to mana burn while killing totems. Mage put pressure on the warrior and CC. Sheep or frost nova the shaman so your priest can mana burn him. A little trick is to frost nova when the warrior and shaman are near each other and CS the shaman right away to allow priest to mana burn. After the sheep break on shaman, sheep the warrior. Just keep repeating until the shaman run outs of mana. You can either kill warrior or shaman once they are out of mana.
Against Druid Warlock:
This setup is very hard to play against but like before, priest on druid to mana burn. Mage kill pet and prevent him from resummoning. Mage need some penetration to kill the pet, i carry around 80 penetration and it works ok. Once the druid is out of mana. Kill who ever is vulnerable.
Against Priest Rogue:
Similar to shaman warrior.
Against Druid Hunter:
you will lose most of the time!
