I've been at over 2k in 2v2 for a few days now and still no access :(

I've been reading some things about US Armory being screwy with outside servers connecting for data, is this the case here too?

My 3v3 got up to 2100 last week. Not in a huge hurry for access, but I haven't seen any updates the past few days, though the updated rating does show up.

Check your armory, it shows differently. If you aren't showing up on the tema because of a bug, please PM me the team.
