The story from a sane persons POV if anyone cares:

At around 2640 rating I believe, Shadeofdeth/Beza transfer to mannoroth. We had been looking for a paladin for a while, and a DK would be kinda nice just to use for against cleaves where I get railed.

Jurgen talks to them without consulting Toes, EMCL or I, and promises to get Beza PR in range for Fglad if he joins. He made a promise on behalf of the whole team that wasn't his to make. He does not inform the 3 of us of this until we are at about 2740. He wants to try and juggle my PR with Bezas and get everyone Fglad. We were all pretty pissed about this.

I demanded that my PR be safely in range before we attempted to get Beza more PR, seeing as he had played about 70 games and I had played 400 or so, and been a founding member of the team. Jurgen finds the fact that the 3 of us aren't happy about him bringing us Beza (and along with it the need to play a shitload more games after being at a safe rating) unacceptable, and forces us to vote on the spot weather we A: drop Beza now and finish the season without playing with him at all, or B: get Beza Fglad even if it risks everyone else. There was no "try and get him pr after everyone else is safe" option. He refused to queue 5v5 until we voted.

Jurgen now feels Emcl, Toes and I "betrayed" him for voting to finish the season without Beza. Thus resulting in this action, giving Beza leader of the team and instructions to fuck us I guess?

The funny thing is, all long Jurgen was so convinced we would be able to get Beza PR, but right now *I* am 1 PR under being in range for the title, and Jurgen is going on vacation for a week as of last night. Shade is still 40 away. Beza still needed 300 PR when he left the team last week.

Please don't punish EMCL, Toes, Shade and I for Jurgens stupidity Beza. We weren't against trying to get you more PR if it was safe, we just didn't want to risk everyones for you alone. I hope you can see this is reasonable considering how long the team had been together before you joined.

Edit: Also, Beza was at about 17% of games played on the team when he left, at which point I was 150 PR below the team rating (Need to be within 100 for title) Getting him above 20% while getting me PR was almost impossible. There was no perfect solution after Beza started playing with us. This situation should have never arisen.

i was 2780 (mmr that is) with lucc and khand this season when we were forced to do RMP for a few weeks.

and as i'm sure any high shadowpriest would tell you, its quite obvious shadow holds ratings back (until now imo shadowplay is completely stupid and spriest/rogue has gone skyrocketing and will probably be stupid as well with a healer in 3v3) but you play it for the enjoyment and the fun

if any spriest truly cared about being #1 consistently or winning nonstop they would play a spec that can go to tournaments and place (again, until now)

just my thoughts though.

Saying you're the #1 shadow priest is like me claiming I'm the #1 prot warrior. You're a great player and you coordinate very well with Lucc, but you're the #1 Spriest by virtue of having almost no competition, same as when I spec prot. Who else plays the spec? No one, because it's not that good. You two are great, but you're selling yourself short by being Shadow. I was so impressed by the constant pillar restealth/healups in Dalaran where you guys basically took turns raping me, but your rating shows how much Shadow is holding you back :/.

This never would've happened if you had been Disc; and I would've needed Arms spec to kill you if you had been.

Nope, my brother used to always tell me when he was on Cho'gall (moondoggy) there was some orc DK and merc glad paladin that were just so amazing (hes never been over like 1700) so when we played you in arena I was like "are these the guys you are talking about" and the only thing I remember is fucking rofling at both of you for losing to mage/roguel ike 6 in a row

then i xferred to Ysera which is where the start of all my controversy began and you were on some server on stormstrike and we raped you over and over and over again and you had 50% win rates at 2.5k, tried to explain to him how awful you guys were.
